As new residents of the Browncroft area we brought all of the stuff we didn't want anymore with us to sell at the neighborhood garage sale that we new was coming in the Spring. What an exciting day! It was more like a carnival than a garage sale. It all seemed well planned and easy to be involved in and you can't beat the advertising and reputation. We are on Quentin Rd. so we had a lot of homes involved on a small street so it always seemed crowded. We can't wait to be a part of it again in another two years.
